2-Proyecto: Cabeza reducida

This was a personal project by Juan Serrano. It is a reduced head prop as the tribes of the Jíbaros do.
Juan used materials as for sculpture, for the creation of the mold, the final copy was created in

Juan Serrano responsible for the signature GADGET SPECIAL EFFECTS with the technician and regular collaborator Raquel Guirro, made from scratch this lion head replica for a TV spot.
Processes of sculpture, manufacture of molds and skins and a complex process of covering of fur, painted and finishes were the main steps.
For the manufacture of the replica, they used among others, various materials such as liquid plastics of the series for the creation of teeth, foam compounds of the series for the skin, for the eyeballs.
