Buddy Rhodes™ Concrete Mold Release is a professional-grade release agent designed to facilitate the demolding of concrete from a variety of mold materials. It is ideal for artisan, decorative, and architectural concrete applications, forming a thin barrier that prevents sticking, surface tearing, and detail loss during demolding.

This release agent enhances mold longevity and helps achieve smooth, uniform finishes with precise detail reproduction, minimizing the need for post-demold repairs or sanding. It is compatible with silicone, polyurethane, rubber, plastic, fiberglass, and sealed wood molds.

Application is simple and can be done using a brush, cloth, or spray to apply a thin, even coat. Its controlled release action is suitable for both high-detail and textured surfaces, making it perfect for concrete countertops, sinks, tiles, cast objects, furniture, and artistic designs.

Buddy Rhodes™ Concrete Mold Release works well with Buddy Rhodes concrete mixes and sealers, ensuring professional-quality results and improved workflow efficiency for both small-scale artisans and production environments.

Instructions

Ensure molds are clean, dry, and free of dust or debris before application. Apply a thin, even coat of Buddy Rhodes™ Concrete Mold Release to the mold surface using a brush, soft cloth, or spray bottle. Spread the release agent evenly, making sure all detailed areas and corners are lightly coated without pooling or excess buildup. Allow the release to settle for a few minutes before pouring concrete. Place and distribute the concrete mix into the prepared mold, ensuring proper consolidation to capture fine details. After the concrete has fully cured, carefully demold the piece by gently separating it from the mold. Reapply mold release before each new casting to maintain easy release and protect mold surfaces. Clean tools after use.
