Description

This product serves as an effective release agent for natural latex molds used in cement pouring.

It not only facilitates easy demolding but also rejuvenates natural latex, restoring it to its original consistency after repeated use.

Instructions

To prepare a release solution, dissolve 0.5kg of castor oil in 5kg of alcohol to make a 10% solution.

Brush or spray the solution into the mold.
For use between a rubber mold and a plaster back-up shell, wipe the solution on the back of the rubber mold while it is on the model.
After the rubber is vulcanized, allow the alcohol to evaporate before constructing the plaster back-up shell.
