PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Jesmonite® AC630 is an acrylic polymer modified cement-based composite. It is a shrinkage-compensated material of low permeability and is durable in all conditions of weathering. The product contains a fine decorative aggregate and powder pigments, carefully controlled to give a consistent decorative surface finish. It is supplied as two components, a water-based acrylic liquid and a blended base

Safer Independently fire rated in accordance with European Fire Classification EN 13501-1. Solvent free with no VOC’s. Finer Replicates the very finest detail with superior weathering qualities. Greener Water-based making it kinder to the environment.

Mix ratio: 5:1 (Base to Liquids) - Wet density: 2000kg/m³ - Dry density:1920kg/m³ - Initial set : 40 – 50 minutes (18°C, No Retarder)

Jesmonite AC630 can be used for a range of decorative applications that require greater dimensional stability, overall strength and enhanced durability within extreme weather conditions.
